After seeing her stock soar on the back of a runner-up finish in the 2024 edition of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, Coleen is said to have been inundated with offers when it comes to media work. Disney+ have battled it out with streaming rivals Amazon Prime for the right to give fans a fly-on-the-wall look at life in the Rooney household.

Coleen is excited by that project, but questions have been asked of whether husband Wayne is quite so enthralled, with the Manchester United legend currently back on punditry duty after enduring another flop in the coaching game at Plymouth.

WHAT AN INSIDER SAID
An insider has told : “Coleen is really excited at the idea of having her own reality show, but some people are worried that it could cause tension between her and Wayne. Having kept a low-profile for so many years, stepping back into the limelight has renewed Coleen’s self-confidence. The only problem is Wayne is at a crossroads in his career and his friends worry being eclipsed by his wife could knock his self-esteem.”
DID YOU KNOW?
The source went on to say: “Her and Wayne’s mutual friends are worried that the producers might want to show Coleen as the one calling the shots at home, while Wayne could be portrayed as this kind of dithering background presence. But that’s more because he can be camera shy – reality TV just isn’t his thing. Coleen has had more experience – she’s a real natural.”
West Brom manager Carlos Corberan has confirmed that an influential player has suffered an injury setback ahead of their Championship clash with Watford.
West Brom prepare for trip to Watford
The Baggies finally got back to winning ways in the league in midweek, beating Coventry City 2-0 at the Hawthorns to stop a run of four successive draws in the competition. Next up for Corberan’s West Brom side is a trip to Watford on Sunday afternoon, in what promises to be another test of their promotion credentials, considering the Hornets currently sit eighth in the table.
The fact that the Baggies are in sixth place despite drawing 11 of their 20 league matches this season arguably bodes well, suggesting that they still have further gears to find and could push back towards the automatic promotion places, having led the way earlier in the campaign.
West Brom aren’t without their injury problems currently, with the likes of Grady Diangana and Kyle Bartley missing, and now an important update has emerged regarding one of those individuals.
West Brom player suffers injury setback
Speaking ahead of the weekend action [via Birmingham World], Corberan confirmed that West Brom attacker Diangana won’t be available for the Watford game, having suffered a setback in his recovery from injury.
“Unfortunately it is being frustrating because we know how important he was. There is no important injury, but at the end we are not having an important player that of course we want to have with us. Still we need to wait. Let’s see. I was thinking he would be part of the group today but yesterday he was feeling pain again that is not letting him feel available for the squad.”
This is so frustrating for anyone of a West Brom persuasion, especially as the report states that there was initial hope that Diangana would be back for the Coventry game. Instead, he isn’t even going to make the matchday squad for Watford, as he continues his recovery.
Granted, the 26-year-old hasn’t exactly had the most impressive of seasons so far, failing to register a single goal contribution in 12 Championship appearances, but he is still an important player on his day, with Lee Hendrie once showing his appreciation for him: “I had a good chat with Gareth Barry about him and he says that he’ll go on and play at the top.
“They adore him at West Brom and I think they’d love to keep hold of him but the situation with West Brom potentially going up and West Ham potentially going down, he could see himself back in the Championship. He’s been magnificent, easy on the eye and a massive plus-point for West Brom.”

Hopefully, the £20,000-a-week Diangana will be available after the weekend action, coming back in for the Christmas period, and the hope is that West Brom still prove to be too strong for Watford without him.

However, he is now back in training and expected to return to action following the international break. Chelsea confirmed on Wednesday that Jackson has been working out on the grass as he steps up his recovery from injury.

The news will be a huge boost to Enzo Maresca who has been hit hard by injuries in attack and see his team struggle for goals with Marc Guiu, Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke also sidelined. Maresca has also seen Mykhailo Mudryk suspended from football in the wake of a positive drugs test, while Jadon Sancho has struggled for form and has not scored for Chelsea since December. Chelsea have suffered a slump in form in 2025 but remain in fourth place in the table and are into the quarter-finals of the Conference League.

Italian criticised for Greenwood handling

WHAT HAPPENED?
Conceicao's days as Milan boss appear to be numbered, with the former Porto coach unlikely to remain in the dugout next season. A report from states that Marseille boss De Zerbi has emerged as the favourite to succeed Conceicao, despite recurring criticism over his handling of forward Mason Greenwood.

AFP
THE BIGGER PICTURE
After hiring two foreign coaches in Paulo Fonseca and Conceicao, the Rossoneri want to return to an Italian manager and have identified De Zerbi as the ideal candidate for the job. According to Fabio Paratici, who is heavily tipped to become Milan's new sporting director in the near future, met with the Marseille boss' agent in Milan.
Milan's interest in hiring De Zerbi comes after their unhappiness with current manager Conceicao, who might be unable to save his job even if he guides the team to Coppa Italia silverware. The Serie A giants are currently hovering in ninth place on the league table and the odds are heavily stacked against them as Conceicao aims to help his side finish in the top four and seal qualification for next season's Champions League.
DID YOU KNOW?
De Zerbi isn’t the only candidate linked to the Milan job. Multiple reports from Italy have also suggested that Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has been a long-term target for the Rossoneri. While the chances remain slim, there’s speculation that Guardiola could make the move to Italy if City's struggles continue despite the fact that he signed a new two-year extension not too long ago.

WHAT NEXT FOR AC MILAN?
Milan played out a 1-1 draw against cross-city rivals Inter in the first leg of the Coppa Italia on Wednesday, with the second leg set to take place on April 23. In their next game, Conceicao's men will take on Fiorentina on Saturday, April 5.
A worrying new Liverpool exit claim has emerged, with one star player now reportedly close to completing a deal to join another club.
Liverpool contract concerns
While Reds supporters will be hoping to see new faces arrive at Anfield in January and next summer, the contract situation of three star players is dominating the headlines currently.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah are all out of contract at Liverpool at the end of this season, at which point the iconic trio will be allowed to leave on a free transfer. They are even able to strike a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs from January 1st.
Virgil van Dijk for Liverpool
It remains to be seen how many of the three will sign extensions with the Reds, but as things stand, it arguably looks as though Van Dijk and Salah are the most likely to. Both are now in their 30s and there are no specific clubs being mentioned as alternative options for them, so the hope is that their futures are sorted sooner rather than later.
With Alexander-Arnold, however, there is constant speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid, with the reigning Champions League winners seeing him as a perfect option to come in and be Dani Carvajal’s long-term successor at right-back. That’s not to say that a new contract won’t be signed, and one has been offered, but it feels far from a given currently.
Alexander-Arnold close to leaving Liverpool for Real Madrid
According to AS [via Sport Witness], Alexander-Arnold is edging closer to joining Real Madrid from Liverpool, with an agreement ‘almost complete’.
A January switch is preferred by the La Liga giants but could be unlikely; however, there is confidence at the Bernabeu that they can strike a summer deal for the services of the 26-year-old.
Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold
This isn’t an update that any Liverpool fan will enjoy seeing, considering Alexander-Arnold is arguably someone with more ability than any other full-back in world football.
At 26, his prime years are also potentially about to arrive, unlike Van Dijk and Salah, so to lose their vice-captain at this point in his career would be an almighty blow. He is irreplaceable in terms of his technical ability and creativity, with Neil Jones saying of him back in 2022: “He may be flawed, but he’s still a genius. But then you knew that anyway, right?”
Ultimately, the decision rests with Alexander-Arnold, who has to weigh up whether to remain at Liverpool and possibly end up becoming captain of his boyhood club, or succumb to the lure of Madrid, playing alongside some of the biggest names in world football.
In fairness, it is easy to see why he may feel conflicted, considering he has won all there is to win for the Reds, with a fresh challenge at his peak appealing to him.

Former LA Galaxy player has scored three goals in 32 games
Chicharito has only one goal in nine matches this Clausura 2025
Bautista says coach once wanted to remove Chicharito

WHAT HAPPENED?
Javier "Chicharito" Hernández has been under criticism since his return to Chivas, as his performances have fallen short of expectations. With just three goals in 32 matches since rejoining the club – and only one in nine games this Clausura 2025 – many fans and analysts question whether the 35-year-old striker still has what it takes to contribute at a high level.
Bofo Bautista, a Chivas legend, came to the defense of the former Real Madrid striker: "If Hugo Sánchez, Rafa Márquez, and 'Chicharito' had been born in Argentina or Brazil, they would be gods," he told TUDN. "But here, we have this tendency not to appreciate what a player has achieved. It's the ego of many Mexicans."

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Chicharito returned to Chivas as a hero after his time in MLS. The forward was presented in front of a packed Estadio Akron. Indeed, the star who had gone on to succeed at Manchester United and Real Madrid had returned to a team in desperate need of idols, one that hasn’t won a Liga MX title since 2017.
In recent years, El Rebaño has watched from afar as its archrival, América, filled its trophy cabinet. Las Águilas have won four Liga MX titles since Chivas last claimed their championship. The club's management placed their trust in Javier Hernández, and for the Clausura 2025, they brought in Alan Pulido, another club idol.
However, between the two forwards, they’ve combined for just three goals in 13 matches in this season's Clausura.

WHAT ADOLFO BAUTISTA SAID
"They were going to discard Chicharito, but with his mentality – although some said he wasn’t technically good – he wanted to learn, he wanted to surround himself with people who knew the game," Bautista said. "Nowadays, players just train for an hour and a half and leave. But being a professional is a 24-hour commitment. It's about training, then asking yourself, ‘What else can I do?’
"Eating well, working on technique in the afternoon, studying what needs improvement. Most footballers don’t do that; they think their job is just two or three hours a day, and that’s it."
Bautista shared an anecdote about Chicharito, who was nearly discarded by Chivas due to a coach’s decision:
"I saw Chicharito when he was just starting out. There’s an anecdote – at the beginning, a coach didn’t want him anymore. They told him to focus on his studies, and he started crying. I was there, and I told him, ‘Keep working,’ and he stayed with the mindset of proving himself.
"I used to stay after training with Omar Bravo and Venado Medina to practice finishing, and he would stay too because he wanted to grow and learn. He had the mentality of someone who truly wanted it. He kept working on his finishing, his ball control, little by little. Then, he got lucky when ‘Güero’ Real became the coach, and he started scoring goals. That’s when he got the chance to go to Manchester United, and they sold him."

WHAT NEXT FOR CHIVAS?
Gerardo Espinoza's team visits Rayados this Saturday on Matchday 14 of the Clausura 2025, in desperate need of points to stay in the play-In race.
El Rebaño will be looking to end a four-game winless streak across all competitions. Additionally, they have only lost one of their last five encounters against La Pandilla.
Everton have made their first move to complete the signing of an “extraordinary” player with plenty of Premier League experience, according to a fresh claim.
Everton manager & transfer news
The Blues have picked up two credible 0-0 draw in their last couple of outings in the league, sealing a well-earned point away to Arsenal and at home to Chelsea.
Despite this, there is still pressure on Sean Dyche to keep his job as manager, with some of the football on show at Everton not exactly the most entertaining. Potential replacements continue to be mentioned, with Graham Potter’s name once again being thrown into the hat. He hasn’t managed since his doomed spell at Chelsea and will surely want a new challenge again soon.
Graham Potter as Chelsea manager
Away from the situation in the Goodison Park dugout, players are also being linked with joining the Blues, including West Brom youngster Tom Fellows. The 21-year-old has been a key man for the Baggies this season, already registering eight assists in the Championship.
The future of Dominic Calvert-Lewin is also up in the air, and if he does move on, a top-quality replacement will need to be found. Rangers striker Hamza Igamane has been talked about as a target, having scored four times in the Europa League this season, also netting twice in the Scottish Premiership.
Everton hold talks over signing "extraordinary" ace
According to Jeunes Footeux [via Sport Witness], Everton and The Friedkin Group have been in talks to complete the signing of Galatasaray winger Hakim Ziyech in the January transfer window.
The 31-year-old is believed to be unhappy at the Turkish club currently and has made it clear that he wants to move elsewhere next month. Rennes are mentioned as potential suitors, as are the Blues.
Hakim Ziyech for Galatasaray.
While Ziyech isn’t getting any younger, he could still be an exciting signing for Everton, possessing so much quality out wide with his wand-like left foot.
He has scored 25 goals in 64 caps for Morocco, also winning the Champions League with Chelsea back in 2021, while Okan Buruk has heaped praise on him, saying:
“The Ziyech has an extraordinary touch that adds a lot to Galatasaray. While he dealt has with injuries, he’s working hard to reach full fitness. He’s already made crucial contributions, and we trust he can achieve even more.”
Ziyech also has experience of Premier League football from his time in a Chelsea shirt, making 64 appearances in the competition and bagging 15 goal contributions (six goals and nine assists) along the way.
Everton have been sorely lacking genuine attacking quality throughout the campaign, finding the net just 14 times in their opening 16 league games, but in Ziyech, they would be bringing in a player with so much proven quality in the final third, getting far more out of the strikers in the process.

The fact that he wants a new challenge can only be a good thing, too, in terms of being hungry to prove his worth for the Blues in the coming years, making this one to watch.
Pep Guardiola's side battled back from two goals down to claim what could be a vital 5-2 win that saw them climb to fourth in the table
Kevin De Bruyne rolled back the years to produce an inspirational performance that keeps Manchester City in the hunt for a top-five finish – the departing veteran midfielder scoring, claiming an assist and generally running the show to help his side recover from the shock of going 2-0 down to secure an ultimately emphatic comeback win.
Palace would stun the Etihad into silence after just six minutes as City's back four completely switched off to allow Ismaila Sarr to break free on the right – the Senegalese forward squaring across the box for Eberechi Eze to tap into an empty net.
The hosts almost hit back immediately via Omar Marmoush – Dean Henderson thwarting the Egyptian from close range as VAR swiftly dismissed an incredulous Pep Guardiola's protestations that his side should've had a penalty for a foul by Chris Richards.
Palace then took advantage of more shoddy City defending and added to their tally of 2024-25 set-piece goals – which now stands at a Premier League-high 14 – to make it 2-0 after 21 minutes. USMNT international Richards nodding home as Ederson made a mess of attempting to punch clear following Adam Wharton's whipped-in corner from the right.
De Bruyne struck a post as City looked to fight back in what was proving a wretched first-half for Guardiola's men before two more chances for Palace saw Sarr smash over and Eze have a goal ruled out for offside. The visitors would pay dearly for not going three up in a mad three minutes that first saw De Bruyne catch out Henderson with a clever free-kick that bounced in off the post and then Marmoush levelled things up on 36 minutes, smashing home a bouncing ball in the box following De Bruyne's header back into the danger zone.
City came flying out of the blocks after the restart and would go ahead for the first time in the game as more De Bruyne magic saw him tee up Kovacic for 3-2, before James McAtee also got in on the act, rounding Henderson after Ederson's long pass exploited Palace's high line and put him through on goal.
Oliver Glasner's men offered little threat from that point onwards, with City adding their fifth goal after 79 minutes via a deflected volley from Nico O'Reilly to keep their quest for Champions League football next season on track.
GOAL rates Man City's players from the Etihad Stadium…

Goalkeeper & Defence
Ederson (6/10):
Pathetic attempt at a punch cost his side for Palace's second goal but redeemed himself somewhat with a fabulous assist for McAtee. Taken off after 70 minutes with a groin issue.
Rico Lewis (5/10):
Was nowhere to be seen as Eze tapped home at the far post and it seemed he was under instruction not to get forward too much, understandably given Palace's threat on the counter. Might've given away a late penalty for a clumsy handball.
Ruben Dias (3/10):
A nightmare first half. Was sleeping as Palace punished City's high line for Eze's goal and then reacted too late to allow Richards the easy task of nodding home for 2-0.
Josko Gvardiol (5/10):
Slow to react to Sarr escaping free for the Eze opener and caught under the ball as Lacroix eased him out of the way for the second. Improved in the second half as Palace's threat faded.
Nico O'Reilly (7/10):
Was getting little help as Palace exploited his side of the pitch in the first half but played a part in Kovacic's goal and then scored his first in the Premier League with an assured finish.

Midfield
Nico Gonzalez (7/10):
Hardly put a foot wrong after City's early struggles, keeping things ticking over and helping mop up defensively, too.
Mateo Kovacic (8/10):
Smacked home City's crucial third goal in an all-action performance that saw him cover a lot of ground over the 90 minutes.
AFP
Attack
James McAtee (7/10):
Wayward with his finishing at times but his cross for De Bruyne helped cause havoc for the equaliser and then he got his goal by coolly rounding Henderson.
Ilkay Gundogan (7/10):
He improved as City started to rack up the goals and he hardly gave the ball away all game. Will get the assist for Marmoush's goal, albeit he didn't know much about it.
Kevin De Bruyne (9/10):
Vintage De Bruyne. City needed their captain after their horrendous opening half hour and he stepped up and delivered. A goal, an assist and easily the best player on the pitch.
Omar Marmoush (7/10):
Denied by a big save from Henderson early doors but showed his predatory instincts in the box to smash home City's second goal. Should've added to his tally after De Bruyne put it on a plate for him.

Subs & Manager
Stefan Ortega (6/10):
Had literally nothing to do after replacing Ederson for the final 20 minutes, save for a few passes out from the back.
Oscar Bobb (N/A):
A late replacement for Marmoush as he continues his comeback from an injury-ravaged season.
Savinho (N/A):
On for the final 10 minutes.
Jeremy Doku (N/A):
On for De Bruyne to allow the Belgian assist king the standing ovation his performance deserved.
Jack Grealish (N/A):
Replaced Kovacic for the final few minutes.
Pep Guardiola (7/10):
As much as he'll be furious at his side's slow start he'll have been hugely encouraged by the way they reacted, with City eventually getting their act together – likely after some choice words from their manager at the break.
Celtic and Brendan Rodgers are willing to allow a “superb” player to leave the club during the January transfer window, a transfer update has suggested.
Latest Celtic news
The Hoops are preparing for a huge Scottish Premiership clash on Thursday, with Rodgers’ men making the trip to bitter rivals Rangers. They have opened up a 14-point lead over them, and victory at Ibrox would surely give them an unassailable lead at the top of the table.
While Celtic are excelling on the pitch, gradually closing in on yet another league title, that doesn’t mean that they won’t want new signings to arrive during the January window. A reunion with former left-back Kieran Tierney has been mooted plenty of times in recent weeks, with the club weighing up sealing a pre-contract agreement in January, prior to signing him on a free transfer at the end of the season.
kieran-tierney-unai-emery
Burnley midfielder Josh Brownhill is going to be a wanted man in 2025, with his contract expiring next summer and as many as 13 different clubs eyeing up a move for him. The Hoops are thought to be one of those, seeing him as a strong option to snap up in the middle of the park.
On the flip side, there are three teams who are reportedly interested in completing the signing of Luis Palma, with the 24-year-old winger falling out of favour under Rodgers, starting only once in the league and making just five appearances in the competition.
Rodgers for "superb" Celtic player to exit in January
According to a new claim from The Daily Record, Celtic and Rodgers are willing to sanction the sale of Stephen Welsh in the January window.
The 24-year-old has found himself struggling for playing time this season, making only one start in the Scottish Premiership and Scottish League Cup apiece. He is contracted at the club until the summer of 2027, but it looks as though the Hoops are happy to cash in on him now.
Moving Welsh on in January makes complete sense for Celtic, allowing him to enjoy a fresh challenge and be a regular elsewhere, not to mention generating transfer funds for the Hoops. The centre-back has been a good servant for the Hoops, making 68 appearances in total, with left-back Greg Taylor saying of him back in 2021: “His all-round performance was superb, just the same as last Wednesday at Kilmarnock. He’s done superbly, really good.
“It was a terrific goal that he scored with a great delivery from David Turnbull and Welshy did really well. Welshy is not a quiet lad. Even at the start of the season. He leads and he talks. That is definitely beneficial for him and that is the reason he is doing so well at the moment.”

Cardiff have confirmed that manager Riza has been relieved of his duties with the Welsh side currently second from bottom in the Championship with three games remaining. Former Juventus midfielder Ramsey, who is in the last months of his Cardiff deal, will now take charge of these remaining fixtures as they try to maintain their status in the division.

WHAT CARDIFF SAID
A club statement reads: "Cardiff City FC can confirm that a decision has been taken to relieve Omer Riza of his duties as First Team Manager. Aaron Ramsey will lead the club for the remaining three games of the Sky Bet Championship season, beginning with Monday’s match at home to Oxford United. Chris Gunter, Joe Ralls, Tom Hutton and Matthew Bloxham will join Aaron in the technical area. We’d like to thank Omer for his passion and effort during his time as Cardiff City manager and wish him the very best for his next steps in the game."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
This will be Ramsey's first stint as a manager, and the pressure could not be higher as Cardiff are second from bottom but, crucially, are just one point from safety. The Bluebirds play two of their last three matches at home so that could work in the Welshman's favour as he tries to save them from relegation to League One.
