تتزايد الأنباء بشأن مستقبل النجم المصري محمد صلاح، جناح فريق ليفربول الإنجليزي، مع سعي اتحاد جدة السعودي للتعاقد معه.

وأفاد تقرير بـ”sports zone” الفرنسي أن محمد صلاح وافق على البنود الشخصية لعقد مع اتحاد جدة لمدة 3 سنوات، براتب قدره 240 مليون دولار، كما أكدت شبكة “بي إن سبورتس” الأمر أيضًا.

ويفيد التقرير أنه من غير المؤكد ما إذا كان انتقال محمد صلاح إلى اتحاد جدة حقيقة أم لا.

واستدلت الصحيفة في تقريرها بتعليق سابق لرامي عباس وكيل محمد صلاح، والذي نفى التقارير التي ربطت الدولي المصري بالانتقال إلى النادي السعودي.

وكتب رامي عباس، في 7 أغسطس بعد التكهنات: “إذا فكرنا في مغادرة ليفربول هذا العام، فلن نجدد العقد في الصيف الماضي، محمد يظل ملتزمًا مع ليفربول”.

ووقع صلاح عقدًا جديدًا مدته ثلاث سنوات في الصيف الماضي، جعله اللاعب الأعلى أجرًا في تاريخ النادي براتب يصل إلى 350 ألف جنيه إسترليني في الأسبوع.

No segundo tempo o ritmo do jogo continuava fraco. A diferença era que o São Bento tentava se arriscar, mas a falta de qualidade técnica pesava.

Quando tudo parecia resolvido, Fabricio Oya, que fazia a sua estreia, acertou um lindo chte da entrada da grande área e definiu o resultado para o São Bento, 1 a 0.

With his aggression, extreme speed and accuracy, Johnson not only etched bruises and caused pain but also helped Australia regain the Ashes before overwhelming South Africa, the world’s No. 1 Test team, on their own turf.The fear factor he managed to create, Johnson agreed, is likely to help him gain a psychological edge in the IPL. “Definitely it is a psychological advantage based on the past six months of my performances,” Johnson said in a media call arranged by the franchise on Wednesday. “(I bowled) A lot of short-pitched bowling which was more effective on our bouncier wickets (in Australia and South Africa). But even on the last ODI series in India I definitely tried to bowl short-pitched deliveries.”I have often said I really do enjoy the challenges of Indian wickets. I find that you can still get good bounce and pace out of them and I noticed that during the last IPL last year. It wasn’t all just for the batsmen. Unfortunately for Johnson he was forced to miss the ongoing WT20 in Bangladesh due to a toe infection he picked up during the South Africa tour. The infection arose from a cut in his right big toe, a result of his marathon bowling spells during Australia’s 2-1 Test series win in South Africa.Johnson admitted the break came as a blessing after “a long summer which was quite draining” for him. “The toe is feeling much better. I had an infection that came from my toe, went into my foot and up my leg. But I got on top of it very quickly with some antibiotics. I have started training this week. I am feeling very good and I will be ready to go, ball one of the IPL,” Johnson said.During the time away from the cricket he was able do both strength training as well as technical stuff for which otherwise he would not have time for during a season. “I might be as well prepared as I am going to be fit. I am going to be fresher. I am going to very keen because it is a new club and I would like to impress. Whatever are the responsibilities are there I am really excited about them. I know how to perform at my best and I am feeling at the top of my game so I just want to keep getting better as a player and try and bring some of the young guys with me and try and improve their game,” Johnson said.This would be Johnson’s second stint in the IPL after he made a spectacular debut with the Mumbai Indians last year, ending as joint third-best bowler with 24 wickets, and playing an influential hand in the franchise winnings its maiden title.So was he disappointed that he was not retained by Mumbai? Johnson was measured in his response. “(It was) a new auction. Lot of players were in the auction pool this year and that made it very difficult for everyone. I am not upset. I am not angry. I am not disappointed. This is the way it goes. Then obviously we have the experience of Sehwag, a batsman a lot of bowlers in the world struggle to bowl against. Rishi Dhawan is a good allrounder who was also with me to Mumbai, so it is a very good side,” Johnson said.Despite his growing appeal with ball in hand, Johnson agreed that he had to work on his batting in the limited-overs versions. His inability to get settled quickly has been a weakness, which Johnson indicated he wanted to improve on. “My batting has probably been lacking in the shorter forms because coming in late in the game it is quite hard to hit from ball one. It is about getting my eye in as quickly as possible. It is an important role batting lower order as the extra bit of runs are definitely handy in this form of the game. I always work on my batting and hopefully I can be fine with my bat as well,” Johnson, whose Twenty20 average is about 10, said.

The fitness of their two explosive allrounders, Anderson and Kieron Pollard, will be a concern for the team as both will come into the tournament with relatively little or no match practice. Pollard scored a first-class hundred recently, but he has played only two matches since the Champions League last October. Mumbai will be wary of how the knee injury may have impacted his ability in the field.Their overseas players fit snugly into their roles, leaving two areas of concern for Mumbai – the wicketkeeper’s slot and the spin-bowling department. Hussey’s style of play will also allow Mumbai’s line-up of stroke players to bat around him.In one of the only two matches he played in the IPL last year, in the middle of a period outside the India team, Zaheer Khan took 4 for 17 against Chennai Super Kings. This season, things are different for Zaheer as he is fitter but his performances recently seem to have hit a plateau. Mumbai will be hoping he can hit a good run, especially as he will be looked at to lead the attack when Lasith Malinga is called up for national day in May.Bargain buyFor a price of Rs 50 lakhs, Australia fast bowler Josh Hazlewood is a bargain, although Mumbai managed a good deal on the in-demand Corey Anderson as well. Hazlewood has been in good form over the last few months and his performances include a four-wicket haul against England in January and a six-for that helped New South Wales clinch the Sheffield Shield last month.AvailabilityMumbai will have a selection headache in May when Malinga would be called up for national duty on Sri Lanka’s tour to England. The two ODIs against Ireland are on May 6 and 8, while the limited-overs series against England starts on May 20. O triunfo por 3 a 1 colocou o Peixe na vice-liderança do Brasileirão, com 17 pontos. O próximo adversário será o Corinthians, nesta quarta-feira, às 21h30, na Vila Belmiro. Os torcedores lembraram do clássico com gritos de ‘Não é mole não, na quarta-feira o bicho pega no Alçapão’.

O Santos se reapresenta na tarde desta segunda-feira, no CT Rei Pelé. Somente os reservas farão uma atividade no gramado, enquanto os titulares realizarão um trabalho regenerativo na academia.

كشف مصدر داخل الاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم “كاف” تفاصيل إقامة كأس السوبر الإفريقي بين النادي الأهلي بطل دوري أبطال إفريقيا، وبين اتحاد العاصمة الجزائري بطل كأس الكونفدرالية.

وعلمت “بطولات” أنه كان هناك عرض رسمي من الاتحاد القطري لاستضافة مباراة كأس السوبر بين الأهلي واتحاد العاصمة الجزائري؛ ولكن الإتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم فضل السعودية لأسباب مالية.

وأوضح المصدر في تصريحات خاصة لـ”بطولات”، أن معيار تحديد البلد المستضيف للسوبر الإفريقي كان يخضع لأمور مالية بحتة بالنسبة للكاف، وتفوقت الكفة السعودية على القطرية في كل شيء، سواء المبلغ الذي سيحصل عليه الإتحاد الإفريقي، أو نسبته في الحقوق التسويقية والبث التلفزيوني.

ويلتقي الأهلي مع اتحاد العاصمة الجزائري يوم 15 سبتمبر الجاري للمنافسة على لقب السوبر الإفريقي.

Yusuf Pathan can be a brutal hitter capable of changing matches in a matter of minutes, as he famously showed during his two ODI centuries and a 37-ball 100 for Rajasthan Royals in 2010. Memories of those innings were fading, though, after three lean seasons in the IPL, and an international career that stalled in 2012.Those memories came flooding back when he ripped Sunrisers Hyderabad apart at Eden Gardens with the fastest half-century in the IPL. Shane Warne, Yusuf’s captain in 2010, had famously and hyperbolically said that the 37-ball 100 was the “best innings I have ever seen”. Yusuf’s current captain, Gautam Gambhir, didn’t go that far, but was awestruck by the 22-ball 72 that grabbed a top-two place for Kolkata Knight Riders.”I have never seen this kind of innings in my career and I don’t think I am going to see many like this in future as well,” Gambhir said. “This is unbelievable hitting, I think I could have only dreamt of it, but actually I have seen this in reality, so it still hasn’t sunk in.”When Yusuf was asked about the lack of runs this season, he joked, “No point hitting form early also.” When he walked in, Knight Riders needed 106 off 47 to pip Chennai Super Kings to the second spot. Yusuf’s lethal hitting meant they got there with six balls to spare.Asked to compare this innings with that whirlwind century in 2010, he rated the 73 higher. “That was also a very good knock for me, but I couldn’t win the match for the team, I got run-out. But here we won the match and especially the runs we needed to make to reach the top two, we had to score in 15 overs, I achieved that, I’m feeling good, and I think this is my best innings compared to that one.”Perhaps the highlight of the innings was the Dale Steyn over in which Yusuf clobbered 26 runs. When asked to explain his thinking when he was in the sort of form he was in today, he said: “I try hard to stay calm, but I also tell myself that if the ball is again in my area, then I will again hit it. I try not to let the bowler get on top of me, it’s okay if I get out but what the team’s requirement is, I play for that, whatever people say.”Both Yusuf and Robin Uthappa, Knight Riders’ standout batsman this season, talked about the vociferous support they received from the Eden Gardens crowd.
