كشفت تقارير صحفية آخر تطورات اهتمام نادي ليفربول بضم لاعب واتفورد إسماعيلا سار، في موسم الانتقالات الصيفي الحالي.

وارتبط اللاعب السنغالي في الآونة الأخيرة، بإمكانية الانتقال إلى صفوف ليفربول هذا الصيف.

وذكرت تقارير صحفية مختلفة أن إدارة بطل الدوري الإنجليزي أبدت إعجابها بموهبة إسماعيلا سار.

وحسب شبكة “ذا أثلتيك” الإنجليزية، فإن ليفربول لم يقدم أي عرض رسمي حتى الآن لنادي واتفورد بشأن الحصول على خدمات إسماعيلا سار.

وأوضحت أن مسؤولي ليفربول يقدرون قيمة وموهبة وجودة إسماعيلا سار بشكل كبير للغاية.

وأشارت إلى إنه رغم ذلك، فإن ليفربول ليس مستعدًا لدفع المبلغ المطلوب من قِبل إدارة واتفورد لضم سار والذي يُقدر بـ 40 مليون جنيه إسترليني.

وأفادت أن إدارة واتفورد قد تخفض السعر المطلوب قبل انتهاء الميركاتو الصيفي الجاري.

تحدث رامي ربيعة مدافع فريق الكرة الأول بالنادي الأهلي، عن إمكانية رحيلة عن أروقة القلعة الحمراء، أسوة بزميله السابق رمضان صبحي المنتقل حديثًا إلى صفوف بيراميدز.

وقال ربيعة في تصريحات تلفزيونية بفضائية “الأهلي”: “لن ألعب في مصر إلا للأهلي، الرحيل أمر مستبعد بالنسبة لي”.

وتابع معلقًا على رحيل رمضان: “هي علامة استفهام ولكن كل لاعب أدرى بحياته الشخصية”.

وأتم: “إذا قررت الاحتراف لن يناقشني زميلي في ذلك، ورمضان أدرى بظروفه وظروف عائلته وله كامل الحرية”.

Sheffield Wednesday fans have taken to Twitter to react after Fernando Forestieri was given a second yellow card for his celebrations following Dominic Iorfa’s last-gasp equaliser against Rotherham.

The Italian forward was given his marching orders after an incident with a fan who had invaded the pitch, and the former Watford man was then met by the referee upon his journey back to the centre circle.

Strangely, a few other Wednesday players were seen celebrating with the fans, but it was Forestieri who faced the consequences after appearing to high-five a supporter who was being escorted from the pitch.

Forestieri scored in the game himself with an excellent, well-taken finish, but Wednesday will now be without their star man after the controversial decision to give him his marching orders.

Owls boss Steve Bruce said: “It was a ridiculous red card.

“It is what we play football for to score in the last minute and celebrate with your supporters. Why didn’t the ref send off the other 10 who were jumping in the crowd as well?”

It is hard to see what the referee is thinking when making his decision, and it will now see Bruce missing his talisman.

The Wednesday fans on Twitter were not happy with the decision, especially after Forestieri was on the receiving end of some brutal challenges earlier in the game…

اعترف سيرجي روبيرتو، لاعب برشلونة الإسباني، أنه عندما علم برغبة زميله الأرجنتيني ليونيل ميسي في الرحيل عن الفريق الكتالوني، لم يصدق الأمر.

وقال روبيرتو في تصريحاته لإذاعة “RAC1” الإسبانية: “: مثل جميع الكتالونيين، لم أكن أتخيل أن ميسي سيرحل، لا أستطيع تخيل برشلونة بدونه ومع ذلك أدركت أنه يجب احترام قراره”.

وعن موقف لويس سواريز، واقترابه من أتلتيكو مدريد، علّق روبيرتو: “أنا أقدر سواريز بشكل خاص فهو لاعب قدم الكثير، لا أعرف ما الذي سيحدث، إذا رحل سيكون أتلتيكو مدريد أقوى بكثير، لكن آمل أن يبقى في برشلونة”.

On the chalkboard

Full-backs play a vital role in the modern game. For many teams, the full-backs are expected to push forward, join attacks and provide creative outlets for their side. Bielsa’s outfit are not unusual in this regard, as both of Leeds’ full-backs are encouraged to attack.

In recent weeks, Ezgjan Alioski has regularly been playing at left-back and Luke Ayling has been starting at right-back. Neither are in great form though, and it’s time for Bielsa to turn to other options to provide something different in these key areas of the pitch.

Fresh attacking endeavour

Barry Douglas and Jamie Shackleton were both introduced from the bench against QPR last time out. They should be included in the starting XI, in place of Alioski and Ayling respectively, against West Brom at Elland Road on Friday.

Alioski and Ayling could both do with some time out of the firing line. Douglas and Shackleton would also bring some freshness and some extra attacking endeavour into the team. Last season, as a Wolves player, 29-year-old Douglas racked up 5 goals and 14 assists in 39 Championship outings, according to Transfermarkt’s stats.

If he could produce that kind of end product for Leeds for the rest of the season then he could play a huge role in getting the Whites’ title bid back on course.

Transfers: They have been a bit of a mixed bag in recent years, haven’t they? There have been numerous deals that looked good on paper, yet their ability failed to materialise. There have been other moves that may have gone under the radar, but some players of that calibre have gone on to establish themselves in the capital and make a significant impact at West Ham United.

Manuel Pellegrini’s first transfer window at the club was a positive one. The most notable incoming, in Felipe Anderson, has proved his worth so far, representing some fine business by the Hammers. Other renown signings in Jack Wilshere and Andriy Yarmelenko have been hampered with injuries as of yet, but the West Ham faithful will be hoping they can make a sustained, positive impact when they return.

Having heard some rather impressive signings of late, to balance the books, here are possibly the two worst West Ham signings in recent years…

Havard Nordtveit

Nordtveit joined West Ham in 2016 on a free after playing a pivotal role in an impressive Borussia Monchengladbach side during his time at the German outfit.

In England, the Norweigan international was used frequently at centre-back, despite holding midfield suiting him better and during that time, he really struggled to establish himself in the Premier League.

Part of that struggle will have been down to the side he was playing in and the role he had to fulfil, but he did not really help himself with some of his displays. Nordtveit was then moved on at the end of that season as he signed for Hoffenheim and finds himself back in English football, on loan at Fulham.

Simone Zaza

Zaza was brought in on a season-long loan from Juventus in the same summer as Nordtveit and in eight appearances for West Ham, he failed to score once before a knee injury sidelined the Italian and he was moved on to Valencia.

His arrival came soon after his infamous penalty miss at Euro 2016 and the player himself told Italian media that the very poor spell at West Ham was down to that moment. Zaza is now back in Italy, on loan at Torino.

أبدى كابيلو رانجوجا، مُخطط أحمال الأهلي الجديد، سعادته بتوليه المسئولية في القلعة الحمراء مع الجهاز الفني الجديد بقيادة الجنوب إفريقي بيتسو موسيماني.

وكان موسيماني وجهازه المعاون قد وصلوا إلى القاهرة صباح اليوم الجمعة؛ لتولي قيادة الأهلي.

تابع: “اتمنى أن نكون سبب في وضع الأهلي بأعلى مكانة ممكنة، الهدف الأول هو الفوز ببطولة دوري أبطال إفريقيا، وأن ننافس على كأس العالم للأندية”.

من المقرر، أن يواجه الأهلي نظيره الوداد البيضاوي المغربي في دور نصف نهائي دوري أبطال إفريقيا، خلال شهر أكتوبر الجاري.
